Payment

I accept PayPal at this time. I expect payment at the time of sale. I will hold items for a week-7 days from the date of sale. If I do not receive payment, the item will be relisted for sale. I see too many shops where everything is reserved and nothing is for sale and it turns me off to these sites. When my items sell, then more money goes to charity . Having an item sitting in limbo to be sold, doesn’t do anything for Windyouth.org or Petsofhomeless.org

Nevada residents – There will be a 7.725 % tax on purchases, this will happen on your Paypal payment.

Shipping

I like to ship using UPS because it is more trackable than by Us postal mail. If buyer has a post box as your mail address, your purchase will be sent Us postal priority mail with insurance, tracking and confirmation. With International orders, I will send item by priority mail, and buyers will be notified as to time frame. International buyers are responsible for any and all duties or fees if needed upon receipt . Rush orders will be at customer’s expense for difference in cost for expedited shipping over normal shipping. Thank you!

Refunds and Exchanges

I do stand behind my work. I will accept returns on all pieces within 7 days of receipt. I will not accept returns with wear and tear. A lot of my work is with silk, and I can’t sell pieces that have been soiled. Thank you!
